My Story
My path hasn’t been linear.
I started in finance, building companies and operating in high-performance environments. Over time, I felt the cost of that pace — stress, anxiety, and a growing sense that something was missing.
That led me into the world of mental health, healing, and human performance.
Today, I lead ceremonies and retreats, invest in and advise companies in the mental health space, and work with organizations on operations, growth, and capital strategy. I also spend time with foundations focused on depression, PTSD, and loneliness.
At the core, I believe we’re not meant to do this alone — and that real change happens in honest, supported environments.
Twenty years in high-performance environments — OppenheimerFunds, Flextrade. Founder, global teams, constant pressure. From the outside, it worked. But underneath, there was a steady buildup of stress and disconnection. I was operating at a high level professionally, but not paying attention to what was happening internally.
I knew how to manage complexity, scale systems, and drive outcomes. I didn’t know how to slow down or actually be with myself. At some point, that gap became too obvious to ignore.
A 10-day Vipassana retreat. Masterclasses, coursework, and more time in silence. Long stretches in nature. Things started to quiet down. Not in a dramatic way — just enough to begin noticing what had been running in the background for years.
Nature became the greatest teacher I had ever had. In the mountains, the performance stopped. There was nothing to manage, nothing to optimize. Just presence — raw and complete. I began to understand that the nervous system dysregulation I had been living with wasn't a character flaw. It was a signal I had never learned to read.
I studied Internal Family Systems, somatic practices, and ancient healing modalities. Each one pointed to the same truth: we are not broken. We are parts of a whole that got separated. And the Self — our core, undamaged Self — always knows how to heal.
Now I work with people who are operating at a high level but know something isn’t fully aligned. Through retreats and ceremonies, I create spaces where people can step out of their normal environment and actually look at what’s going on beneath the surface.
Outside of that, I work one-on-one and with organizations — helping leaders build more awareness, better relationships, and more sustainable ways of operating. This isn’t about stepping away from ambition. It’s about bringing more clarity and stability into it.
Most of the people I work with don’t need more information. They need space, honesty, and the right environment to reconnect with themselves.
